Justin: February Training Recap

February was a great month for training. I stepped up my calories and active minute averages compared to last month. Jenn and I also finished the Advanced Mountaineering School taught by the Colorado Mountain Club.

In addition, we successfully climbed two 14ers and a 13er in February. It was great for training and also allowed us to test out some of our gear in extremely cold conditions. As we move into March I am hoping we can continue to get out and training in the mountains.

Workouts:

I continued doing 1-2 days of strength training in the gym plus a few days of endurance training.
