Justin: March Training Recap

March turned out to be a pretty good training weekend. Unfortunately it looks like I had a slight decrease in calories burned as well as active minutes per day. One reason for the decrease is I spent on full weekend going through the Wilderness First Responder recertification class. As a result I was not able to get out and do any climbing or hiking.

Workouts:

This month I continued doing 1-2 days of strength training in the gym plug a few days of endurance training. My endurance/cardio workouts have been pretty high heart rate lately and I have been spending a lot of time in the zone 3 and peak zones. I may adjust this a bit next month to see how I respond.

  • Active Minutes: 105/day (Average)
